Refund Policy

At Oja, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (tags attached if applicable).

Some items can’t be returned:

Digital products or downloads

Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Custom or personalized products

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll email you to confirm.

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need another size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at ourkulturekonnection@protonmail.com with photos so we can fix it quickly.

Return Shipping

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is our mistake.

We suggest using a trackable service to make sure your return reaches us.
